We do accept walk-ins, however if possible, making an appointment is best to ensure accommodation of your specific schedule. To schedule an appointment please contact us at (289)752-9132. You may also schedule your appointment online instantly under the appointments tab.

Children

We accept children as clients with parental supervision. To ensure the best possible spa treatment for yourself and the safety of your children we ask that there are no children in the spa area unless they are receiving services.

Spa Etiquette

We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out necessary paperwork so your treatment can start on time.

Guests under the age of 18 must have parent sign appropriate paperwork. Guests under the age of 16 must have parent present during all spa services.

We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. If there is time available we may be able to extend a service, otherwise you will receive the service for the remainder of the time scheduled and will be responsible for the full service fee.

Please silence or turn off all cell phones, pagers and any other electronics in the spa area as courtesy to yourself and fellow patrons.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24 hour cancellation on all spa and salon appointments. A credit card may be required upon booking for frequent cancellations or no shows.
